Dr. Phillips is a respected physician specializing in General Medicine, dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients in Cape Coral, Florida. 

Dr. Phillips left a successful career in Information Technology when his parents became ill with serious health issues, and he didn't have the information and insight to help them navigate their treatment plans that are still evolving today.  He graduated from Lincoln Memorial DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine and has over a decade of experience.

  
Dr. Phillips uses Elements of Integrative and Functional Medicine in tandem with traditional medicine in a holistic medicine approach that Osteopathic physicians are trained in starting with the first year of medical training. He is licensed by four state medical boards; Florida, California, Michigan and West Virginia.

Element Medical of Cape Coral was created by Dr. Phillips to enable his patients to better understand their health conditions with the goal of a partnership that leads to better health outcomes.  This is achieved with Direct Primary Care.
